Mobile phase separator

product advantages

Logistics savings (transport of only the solid part)
Optimised grinding for a better yield of digestate
 No additional infrastructure cost
Group buying: financial savings, responsible purchasing

On-board a trailer approved for 25km/h, the phase separator is now paired with a sturdy lobe pump and a powerful grinder, all powered by a generator making the equipment completely autonomous..

The first model was developed in MIRO's design office and production site for a group of 12 farmers in Doubs (25) wishing to extract the dry matter from their storage tank and thus feed a collective agricultural digestion unit in a dry process.

The quality and fineness of grinding offers improved cost-efficiency for the dry matter which also becomes easily transportable because its relieved of its liquid mass.

This equipment also meetsthe needs of farmers wishing to save storage space quickly, occasionally and at a lower cost. An individually purchased phase separator costing between €25,000 and 30,000 for only a few days of annual use.

Fully autonomous, mobile phase separator offering easy implementation and quick installation. In fact, since it's equipped with a generator to power the motors, it does not require an extra power connection during operation.

Standardised and available in two versions (SP45 for 15-20% dry matter / SP65 for 20-28% dry matter), the mobile phase separator fits all operations without installation of a perennial plant and, consequently, without additional costs.

The proposed system (rotary lobe pump combined with a wet grinder), specially designed for the biogas sector, optimises the introduction of liquid and provides an excellent matter grinding result. The gravel trap isolates foreign bodies upstream and expelled fibrous materials in the grinder where they are finely shredded.

The solid matter collected from pits in this way saves storage space and can prevent expansion of the pit in case of exceeded regulations.

The conveyor (belt) allows direct loading of skips, Amplirolls or forming a pile of solid matter and, in this way, avoids placing the separator at a height.

Loading height: Max 4 meters
