Duties: Manage, lead, train and develop the dealer network - Assist in field sales - Participate in trade shows, fairs, open houses and demonstrations - Establish, develop and lead a network of distributors with a qualitative selection of dealers - Promote and sell Sermap brand products with respect for and optimisation of current discounts in the company - Monitor business from the quotation until installation and commissioning of equipment. Autonomous, rigorous, receptive, good interpersonal skills, geographically mobile according to th defined area. You are a field person with good technical knowledge and want to work in the agricultural world. Knowledge of the agricultural field is required.
